If we add Google Ads, Meta Pixel, remarketing, advertising personalization, or similar marketing technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement any legally required privacy controls before or when those technologies are activated.
7. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
A. Service Providers
We may disclose information to service providers that support our operations, including providers of:
Website hosting;
Website maintenance;
Email and communication services;
Cloud storage;
Website analytics;
Information technology and security services.
These providers may use personal information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us, subject to their agreements and applicable law.
B. Project-Related Parties
When reasonably necessary to evaluate, estimate, schedule, permit, insure, or complete a requested project, we may disclose relevant information to:
Employees;
Independent contractors;
Subcontractors;
Suppliers;
Inspectors;
Permitting authorities;
Insurance providers;
Other parties directly involved in the project.
We disclose only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
C. Professional Advisers
We may disclose information to accountants, attorneys, insurers, consultants, and other professional advisers when reasonably necessary.
D. Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
Comply with a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or legal process;
Respond to a lawful government request;
Protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others;
Investigate fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
Enforce agreements or protect legal rights.
E. Business Transactions
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
F. With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose information when you request, direct, authorize, or consent to the disclosure.
8. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information.
We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own independent direct-marketing purposes.
Because we do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, the Site does not currently display a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.
If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any opt-out mechanism required by applicable law.
9. Do Not Track and Privacy Preference Signals
Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is currently no universally accepted standard for responding to traditional Do Not Track signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
Where required by applicable law, we will honor legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control.
Because we do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, receiving such a signal does not currently change how we process personal information.
Third-party analytics providers, including Google, may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites or online services, depending on their technologies, settings, terms, and privacy practices.
We do not currently use Google Analytics data for personalized advertising, remarketing, or cross-context behavioral advertising.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Our general retention practices are:
Information from inquiries that do not result in a project may generally be retained for up to 24 months;
Information related to estimates, contracts, completed projects, warranties, customers, payments, disputes, or business records may generally be retained for up to seven years after the relevant project or business relationship ends;
Google Analytics user-level and event-level information is retained according to our Google Analytics settings, generally for no longer than 14 months;
Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to comply with legal, licensing, insurance, tax, accounting, warranty, record-keeping, or dispute-resolution obligations.
We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably necessary.
Actual retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
Confirm whether we maintain personal information about you;
Request access to personal information we maintain about you;
Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
Request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal exceptions;
Request information about how personal information is used or disclosed;
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable.
We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
